György Stalter [ur. 1956, Budapeszt].
Fotografia zajal sie w sredniej szkole i tuz po maturze zaczal pracowac jako fotoreporter. W swojej pracy, korzystajac z fotografii analogowej i tworzac specyficzna palete barw, stara sie oddac specyficzna atmosfere tego, co fotografuje. Projekt Anzix to fotograficzny eksperyment i próba przeformulowania tradycyjnych zasad socjologicznej fotografii. Jest laureatem m. in. Nagrody Miasta Paryz (1981), honorowego Orderu MUOSZ (1987), nagrody Rudolf Balogh (1997) oraz Budapest Photography Grant (2006). Jego prace prezentowane byly na wystawach na Wegrzech, Litwie, w Austrii i Finlandii.
György Stalter [b. 1956, Budapest].
This wondrous artist became involved in photography during his high school years and post graduation and examinations, he became a photojournalist. Stalter uses analogue photography in an attempt to create a specific palette of colours. He is well known for his use of Anzix, which is a photographic experiment, in which he tries to change the traditional rules of sociological photography. He has won the Award of the City of Paris in 1981, the Order of Honour by MUOSZ in 1987, the rudolf Balogh Award in 1997, and the Budapest Photography Grant in
2006. His works were shown in Hungary, Lithuania, Austria and Finland.
